How are parts shipped and how long does delivery take?
We dispatch across Tamil Nadu and India through bus parcel, transport services, and courier. Orders are shipped within 1 day and delivered to you in 2–3 days.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is completely free on all orders — there are no freight or courier charges. Your parts are shipped within 1 day and delivered in 2–3 days.
Do the parts come with a warranty?
Genuine and branded aftermarket parts carry the manufacturer's standard warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your bill — it is required for any warranty claim. Electrical items damaged by wrong voltage, incorrect fitment, or accident are not covered.
Can I return or exchange a part?
Unused parts in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with the bill. Wrong part supplied by us is replaced free of cost. Electrical items that have been fitted, and specially ordered items, cannot be returned.
How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Share your vehicle make, model, year, and the part number or a photo of the old part on WhatsApp. Our team cross-checks the fitment for Tata, Ashok Leyland, Bharat Benz, Mahindra, Eicher trucks and tractors before confirming the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer directly at the store or on dispatch confirmation. There is no online payment on the website — every order is confirmed personally by our team.
